Innovative Processing Solutions, an affiliate of Stedman Machine Company, provides custom solutions for processing systems and specializes in enhancing bulk material-handling systems. The company uses equipment from Stedman and other top manufacturers to create a variety of systems, ranging from single processing stations, bins, and conveyors to complete turnkey systems, based upon specific applications, objectives and needs of the customer. Innovative’s primary markets include aggregate, sand and gravel, limestone, brick, cement, industrial, powder and chemical.

 

Innovative Processing Solutions offers a variety of equipment to meet customer needs and applications.  The company can design and build a variety of conveyors for bulk material handling with specialty conveyors including belt feeders, tripper conveyors and shuttle conveyors.  Aprons and feeders for heavy duty metering applications and hoppers and chutes are also available.  Innovative also designs and builds structures and support systems for various applications like crusher structures, feed hoppers and conveyor access platforms and walkways.  Crushers are available through Innovative Processing’s affiliate company, Stedman. 

 

Custom turnkey solutions from Innovative Processing Solutions offer complete customized bulk material handling and processing systems, including apron feeders, stationary conveyors, radial stackers, feed hoppers, belt conveyors, materials control

 

systems and bins for blending or mixing.  Maintenance focused design and engineering services include system layout and specification development.  Installation supervision or complete turnkey systems are also offered.

 

Customers are able to work directly with the engineers and personnel designing the systems and equipment.  Innovative supervisors and installers offer years of experience in field work and installers are also MSHA certified.

 

Typical projects for Innovative Processing Solutions include processes and types of equipment in load out and material receiving, bulk material transportation, crushing, bulk material storage, screening, dust collection, controls and electrical components and buildings, foundations and structure.  Innovative Processing also offers retrofitting services for customers replacing existing equipment or adding new items.  Innovative Processing offers solutions to help ease the process and avoid lengthy downtime and system bottlenecks.
